Emergency Dispatch
In an emergency, dial 9-1-1 immediately.
Non-Emergencies
Submit an online report for non-emergency items like:
- Code violations (sidewalk snow removal, barking dogs, trash violations, idling vehicles).
- Lost property.
- Property damage.
- Suspicious activity.
- Theft (total value of items stolen less than $500).
- Traffic violations.

Pay a Ticket
Different tickets (traffic violations, parking tickets, etc.) are paid to different entities. This list can help you sort out who to contact to pay for a ticket.

Please meet our department’s Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender (LGBTQ+) Liaison Officer, Amanda Severin.
Aspen is committed to being a safe and inclusive space for LGBTQ+ residents and visitors. Amanda is a direct point of contact to offer a friendly and accessible ear for Aspen’s LGBTQ+ community. In collaboration with the Police Chief and other city officials she helps foster an inclusive environment so that all members of the LGBTQ+ community feel safe in reporting issues that may be impacting them.
