Emergency Dispatch

In an emergency, dial 9-1-1 immediately. 


Submit an online report for non-emergency items like:

  • Code violations (sidewalk snow removal, barking dogs, trash violations, idling vehicles).
  • Lost property.
  • Property damage.
  • Suspicious activity.
  • Theft (total value of items stolen less than $500).
  • Traffic violations.

Although online reports are important to us, if time is of the essence, please call our non-emergency line at 970-920-5310.

Pay a Ticket

Different tickets (traffic violations, parking tickets, etc.) are paid to different entities. This list can help you sort out who to contact to pay for a ticket.

Aspen is committed to being a safe and inclusive space for LGBTQ+ residents and visitors. Amanda is a direct point of contact to offer a friendly and accessible ear for Aspen’s LGBTQ+ community. In collaboration with the Police Chief and other city officials she helps foster an inclusive environment so that all members of the LGBTQ+ community feel safe in reporting issues that may be impacting them.
