Come to a City Council Meeting

Regular Meetings

Council meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 5 p.m. (unless otherwise published). These sessions are also broadcast live on CGTV, Channel 11 and on the City of Aspen YouTube channel. The agenda is available online. You can also pick one up at City Hall or simply call the Clerk’s Office at 970-429-2687 for more information. 

There are citizen comment periods at the bimonthly City Council Regular Meeting. Citizens can address the Council on issues that are not on the current agenda. Your comments should be limited to 3 minutes.

Work Sessions

City Council Work Sessions are typically held on the first and third Tuesdays of each month beginning at 4 p.m, unless noted otherwise on the council calendar. Agendas are also available online.

Work sessions are also held every Monday at 4 p.m. as needed.

City staff and members of the Council would love to meet with you. To make an appointment to speak with the mayor or other members of city council, call  970-920-5199 or email.
