How To Pay

PayByPhone app or use one of our conveniently located pay stations. 

PAY BY PHONE

PayByPhone, the cashless parking app used in Aspen, texts “expiring meter” reminders and helps avoid parking tickets. Text reminders add an additional $.25 per message and can be turned off/on in your settings on the application. Options to pre-pay (starting your session at a certain time) are available.

1. Download in APP Store: PayByPhone 
2. Enter location:  Downtown (2400),  Residential (2401)
3. Choose duration
4. Confirm payment

Additional PayByPhone App Parking Codes:

• 2400 – Downtown location (4-hour max per day)
• 2401 – Residential location ($8 per day)
• 2514 – FREE 15 minutes (can only be used once a day)
• 2515 – 15-minute parking for $0.50 (can only be used once a day)

(If experiencing trouble placing payment, double check if you are attempting to use a one-time code for a second time, if you have already exceeded your 4 Hour Max for Downtown or if it is a weekend/holiday without enforcement

VIA PAY STATION

1. Follow prompts
2. Enter license plate #
3. No need to display ticket on dash
