Residential zones are just outside of the downtown core, offering a convenient parking value. 

• RATE:  Paid parking in Residential area is $8 per day.
• Must move vehicle every 72 Hours or you will be subject to a tow.

• All day passes can be purchased using Text2Park, a pay station, or the PayByPhone app.
  
  

FREE RESIDENTIAL PARKING OPTIONS

• Two hours FREE parking per day, no re-park. One visit per residential zone, per day.
• FREE between 6 p.m. – 9:59 a.m. (watch signs for exclusions)
• FREE Saturdays, Sundays & Qualifying Holidays*

PayByPhone:

1. Download PayByPhone app from your phone's APP STORE
2. Enter location: Downtown (2400), Residential (2401)
3. Choose duration
4. Confirm payment

Via Pay Station:

1. Follow prompts
2. Enter license plate #
3. No need to display ticket on dash
