Main Street Banner Application

  1. One banner, per event, may be hung for a maximum of 14 days or the length of the event, as per Municipal Code 26.510.030 (B)(3)(b).  Banner approvals and placement are not guaranteed and will be displayed upon the availability of the Electric Department staff.

  2. State exactly what your banner will say for your event, i.e. event, date, organization or logo.

  3. Policies and Specifications*

    Please review our rules and specifications prior to submitting your application. NOTE: We cannot hang banners that violate any of our policies or that are incorrect size/material. We are not responsible for any reimbursement shall this be the case.

  4. Banner Drop Off *

    All banners should be delivered directly to the City Electric Department, located at 219 Puppy Smith Road, by noon the Friday prior to the Monday hang date.  

  5. Banner Pick Up (Select One Option)

    Banners and flags must be picked up within one week (1) after the display period. The City of Aspen assumes no responsibility for and may discard banners left over 7 days
