When Does My Business Need an Outdoor Merchandising License?: If your business would like to place, advertise, and sell products in the public right of way (e.g. sidewalks, pedestrian mall, walkways, etc.) you will need to first obtain an Outdoor Merchandising License from the Community Development department.
