I recently received a Moving Violation in the City of Aspen. Is there any program I can attend to dismiss the points?

If you have a clean Driving History for the past FIVE years you would be eligible to take a Defensive Driving Class or complete an online Traffic School.

  1. You must contact the Municipal Court Clerk at 970-429-2681 to see if you are eligible for this option
  2. A $100 fee to the City of Aspen must be paid
  3. Completion of the class must be provided within 90 days of the date on the ticket
