Aspen Police Department to host ‘Donuts with the Cops’ event
Aspen, CO – The Aspen Police Department invites the community to gather on Wednesday, Oct. 9 for free donuts and chat with local police and community resource officers.
“Donuts with the Cops” will be held from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. in front of the Aspen Police Department, located at 540 E. Main St.
This annual event is somewhat of a do-over as the first one in July experienced a malfunction of the donut cart’s electricity, shortening the duration of caffeine, sugar and community camaraderie. The APD wants to provide another opportunity to meet local law enforcement and fellow community members while enjoying some fried sweetness.
