Colorado Department of Transportation to conduct asphalt maintenance work
Aspen, CO - The Colorado Department of Transportation will conduct asphalt surface maintenance work on Thursday, Sept. 11, 2025, along the west end of the Highway 82/Main Street corridor, from Aspen to 7th streets.
This will be a one-day project with rolling detours and one-lane traffic control impacts through the west bound lane. Each work location will last approximately an hour.
Drivers should expect delays, plan extra travel time, and use caution while traveling through the work zone. The city and CDOT appreciate the public’s patience while the maintenance work is completed.
