APCHA Affidavit Deadline for Affordable Housing Owners
Aspen, Colorado – March 12, 2019 – APCHA will be conducting its biennial affidavit in March. The affidavit will be emailed out on March 13, 2019 and can be completed online or in person in the APCHA office. The affidavit is required to be completed by April 26, 2019.
The affidavit is a requirement of owners of deed restricted housing to ensure continuing compliance with their deed restrictions and guidelines by requiring them to answer questions relating to their employment, ownership of other property and residence. More information at APCHA at 920-5050.
