APCHA Rental Information
Aspen, Colorado – December 5, 2018 – Beginning January 1, 2019 the Aspen Pitkin County Housing Authority (APCHA) will no longer be advertising rental units at Truscott, Aspen Country Inn and Smuggler in the Aspen Daily News. Available units will only be advertised on www.APCHA.org . Those interested in receiving updates about available rental units should sign up for notifications on APCHA’s website.
Additionally, as of January 1, 2019 APCHA will be requiring individuals to verify their work history before they sign up for a rental unit. The cost associated with this is $20.00. Please bring all W2s to either office to have your work history verified. You will not be allowed to sign up for a unit without having this on file.
