BIQ: Benchmarking Time Extension

The City of Aspen’s Building IQ ordinance requires that properties within Aspen over certain square footage must benchmark energy and water usage using EPA’s free Portfolio Manager tool and report it to the City of Aspen.

By completing this form, you are requesting a time extension of 30 days for this year’s benchmarking requirement. Once your form is complete and submitted, we will reach out to either confirm your time extension, deny your extension, or ask for additional information.

In order to be considered for an exemption for the 2023 benchmarking requirement, you must complete this form before the benchmarking due date (June 1, 2023).
