Park Rental Inquiry 2023

  1. Use this form to inquire about park rentals for your special use. Since all City of Aspen Parks are public parks, this procedure simply helps us avoid scheduling other activities during your event. 

    The City of Aspen reserves the right to approve or deny any park usage or rental inquiry. Considerations in decision making include other rentals, impact on parks and/or resources, capacity of parks and blackout dates due to events or holidays. 

  2. All Park Rentals are limited to four hours maximum, including set up and tear down times.

  3. Is your event open to the public or private/invitation only?*
  4. Is there a fee to attend?*
  5. Will there be amplified sound or live music?*
  6. Will there be any temporary structures set up?*
  7. The only infrastructure that is permitted with park rentals is a maximum of four (4) 10x10 pop up tents, tables and chairs for guests.

  8. Will you prepare and/or serve food at your event?*
  9. Will there be alcohol present and served at your event?*
  10. Will you be requesting reserved parking for your rental?*

  11. Parks Use General Conditions and Agreement*

    Please acknowledge these general conditions by checking each box. By checking these boxes, you state that you have read, understand and will abide by the outlined conditions. 

  12. City of Aspen Release of Liability*

    I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Aspen, its officers and employees, from any loss, liability, damage or cost sustained by any person or property, to the extent any such loss, liability, damage or cost rises from any activity associated with the special event or use of City-owned equipment, supplies or property. 

  13. Electronic Signature Agreement*

    By checking the "I agree" box below, you agree and acknowledge that 1) your application will not be signed in the sense of a traditional paper document, 2) by signing in this alternate manner, you authorize your electronic signature to be valid and binding upon you to the same force and effect as a handwritten signature, and 3) you may still be required to provide a traditional signature at a later date.
