2. Use this form to inquire about park rentals for your special use. Since all City of Aspen Parks are public parks, this procedure simply helps us avoid scheduling other activities during your event. 

   The City of Aspen reserves the right to approve or deny any park usage or rental inquiry. Considerations in decision making include other rentals, impact on parks and/or resources, capacity of parks and blackout dates due to events or holidays.

    All Park Rentals are limited to four hours maximum, including set up and tear down times.

    The only infrastructure that is permitted with park rentals is a maximum of four (4) 10x10 pop up tents, tables and chairs for guests.

39. Parks Use General Conditions and Agreement*

    1. All vehicles must stay off the grass and walkways. No vehicles are allowed in the parks.
    2. Park rentals may use no infrastructure other than four (4) 10x10 pop up tents maximum, tables and chairs.
    3. Crowds must be orderly. If complaints are received during an event, the Aspen Police Department may be asked to intervene and tickets may be issued.
    4. Areas must be cleaned and all trash removed immediately after the event. The City of Aspen asks that you provide your own trash and recycling receptacles.
    5. No person shall use any public park for any business purposes or selling of goods or services for profit.
    6. There is no electricity provided in the parks. All power required or needed must be sourced from handheld generators.
    7. Applicant and any hired vendors will be responsible and charged for any and all damages done to the park during set up, during and after the rental.
    8. Fires and open flame grills are not allowed in the parks due to fire danger.
    9. All parks close at dark which is estimated around 9:00pm in the Summer. No activities are allowed after dark including removal of tent, tables, chairs, etc. unless prior arrangements are made.
    10. The City of Aspen cannot guarantee the condition of any on site portable restrooms. If additional restrooms are desired, they must be coordinated by the rental party.
    11. Applicant, attendees and any hired vendors working with the applicant will comply with all City of Aspen rules, regulations and ordinances without exception.
