ADDITIONAL PERMITS GOING LIVE IN SALESFORCE—APPLICANT TRAINING HAS BEEN SCHEDULED
Starting Monday, March 18th, the following permits will be processed in the City’s new permits management system—Salesforce:
- Fire Alarm/Fire Sprinkler
- Landscape/Grading
- Parking Reservations
- Pitkin County Water
- Right-of-Way
- Utility Water Connection
We also will begin beta testing building permits in the new permits management system and are looking for volunteers to use Salesforce to apply for and manage their upcoming permit applications. The work scope of permits eligible for consideration includes new construction, alterations, and additions. If you are interested, please email permitcoordinators@cityofaspen.com and tell us about your project and when you think you will be ready to submit. We will work with you to ensure that your project is a good fit.
If the beta testing goes well (and we believe that it will!!), applications for all building permits will be done in Salesforce starting about mid-April, so please don’t wait to get registered in the system.
