Castle Creek Bridge Living Lab

On Tuesday, February 13th, Community Development administrative staff and Permit Coordinators will be attending a training.  Permit submittal and issuance services as well as general administrative services will not be available at Community Development offices. Planner of the Day and Builder of the Day services will still be available. 

Updated Building Permit Documents


The Building Permit Application Packet has been revised for 2018. It can be found in our Document Library.

All new permit applications should use the updated paperwork. Applications submitted on outdated versions of the permit application packet will not be accepted.

Updated Contractor Licensing Packet

Castle Creek Bridge Living Lab Experiment


The Castle Creek Bridge / Hallam Street Improvement Project is launching outreach in preparation for construction and detour activities beginning April 2. Traffic in and out of Aspen will be in a detour configuration and delays are anticipated. A contractor specific conference call regarding project information and impacts will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 28 at 12 PM.
