You are receiving this email because you opted in to receive updates about the City of Aspen’s New Castle Creek Bridge project.
This past winter season, the City of Aspen conducted an awareness campaign to share the history, current state, and potential future of Castle Creek Bridge, the primary entrance to Aspen. The campaign results were presented to Aspen City Council on February 13, 2023, and included an outline of the campaign messaging and communication strategies, as well as outstanding questions from the community that surfaced during the campaign.
City of Aspen staff will present findings from their research to some of the outstanding questions at a City Council Work Session on May 15, 2023, as well as present an update about the current state of the project. The work session will take place at Aspen City Hall, 427 Rio Grande Place, Aspen. Aspen City Council Work Sessions can also be accessed online. Agenda packets are available at aspen.gov the Friday before the meeting.
