The City of Aspen requires anyone building a fence, barrier or berm to go through an application process through the Community Development department.
Prior to applying for a Fence Permit, please make sure to gather the requirement documents from our Fence Checklist.
YOU MUST FIRST REGISTER IN SALESFORCE TO APPLY FOR PERMITS

Your application will be reviewed by the administrative staff, and you will receive a notification once submittal fees are due.
After payment is issued, your application will be reviewed by the required departments for approval.
