Once your application has been determined to be complete and compliant, you are ready to obtain your permit. However, before your permit can be issued, you must pay all of the applicable fees.
Intake staff will contact you when your permit is ready to pick up, you must keep a stamped approved set of blueprints at the work site at all times.
Once you've received the required permits, your inspection and certificate of occupancy packet will indicate the types of inspections that will be required for you to receive your Certificate of Occupancy when the project is completed.
Once the plans for your project have been reviewed and approved by all City staff members from all of the review agencies, the permit coordinator will be contacting you to deliver the good news. Any outstanding fees will be due at this time.
