Report a Foodborne Illness or Concern About a Restaurant
If you have a complaint about a restaurant regarding food safety or foodborne illness exposure within the City of Aspen, please contact Natalie Tsevdos at 970-920-5075.
What to Expect from Us
Please be prepared for a 20 minute interview which includes the following questions:
- Your name, age, and where you live
- Your symptoms (when they started, how long they lasted, etc.)
- What and where you ate for three days before you got sick
- Information about other people you ate with
- Recent travel or recreational activities
Reporting Can Prevent Others from Getting Sick
Reporting suspected foodborne illness can help us identify potential outbreaks. If we can determine where your illness came from, we can try to prevent the illness from spreading.

If you have any concerns about your symptoms, please seek medical attention.
